Payment Terms
The price for each of Shantalls Flower & Gifts products is as indicated in US dollars on the website. The amount includes all taxes. Shipping costs will apply separately.
The customer may pay the costs for the product through the payment gateway provided for this purpose, which will allow you tomake the payment through the use of your debit and / or credit card.
Once the payment has been made, the customer will receive an email from Shantalls Flower & Gifts in the email account assigned for this purpose, informing that the purchase and payment have been made correctly.

The sale of the products offered on the website is subject to your availability. In case of lack of stock of any of the products selected by you, Shantalls Flower & Gifts reserves the right to cancel the purchase with the corresponding refund of the amount in your favor.
Delivery Policies
It is very important that the customer provides all the necessary data and that these are complete to make an effective delivery.
All arrangements sent to the office have an extra shipping charge. The shipping cost varies depending on the area of the city to be delivered.
We offer a range of 2 hours to deliver your order unless the route is saturated, and the delivery time has to be extended.
If the address is wrong or the phone numbers are not correct, there will be delays and failures in the delivery logistics, therefore and by virtue of the fact that the customer must provide the data correctly, at Shantalls Flower & Gifts we do not make ourselves responsible of your product if the information for the delivery is not provided correctly. We suggest you give the exact address for the delivery, if it is possible to send by email or WhatsApp the location so as not to generate failures in the delivery.
If the person who will receive the product is not at the delivery address, we will try to contact the buyer to review different alternatives. These can be to leave the arrangement with a guard or watchman, a neighbor, at reception or with some co-worker. If the buyer could not be contacted, he or she is notified via email or telephone of this change in delivery. After 15 minutes without being able to leave the product, we will proceed to make a return to the store and the customer will be able to assume the expense of a new shipment.
Shantalls Flower & Gifts is not responsible for damages or missing that may have the arrangements to be delivered to a third party in case of not being able to contact the person to whom the order was addressed.
Cancellations and Returns Policy
Returns are not accepted once the order has been requested.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be avoidable for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Several types of products are exempt from return. The perishable products such flowers, cannot be refunded.
The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to communicate with you may vary. If you ship an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned article.
